Scope, cost and responsibility: The estimate depends on your needs, the system’s condition, integrations and risks. We agree the outcome, payment terms, responsibilities and how changes are approved.
System access and confidentiality: We agree what access and data are needed and how to share them. Where needed, we can agree an NDA before discussing confidential details.
Handover and ongoing care: We define the documentation, access and handover arrangements. We separately agree maintenance scope, how support requests are handled and availability for further development.
