About SolvePatch

A specific problem. Full responsibility.

At SolvePatch, we build custom systems around how a business actually works. We bring process understanding, product design and development together into a complete solution.

Where the gaps between tools leave manual work

We focus on the missing part of a process: connecting data, working with documents and supporting rules that existing platforms do not cover.

Our approach

Focused scope. Care in every detail.

We choose a problem whose solution matters to everyday work. From the start, we also consider how the tool will operate, how to check it and how it can evolve.

Explore how we work
  1. Built around real work

We begin with the people, tools and exceptions in your process. These shape the scope. If an existing solution is sufficient, we consider it in our recommendation.

  2. Quality from the first version

We design for everyday use: reliable data flow, access permissions, error handling and testing. Safeguards and maintenance are matched to the system's requirements.

  3. Clarity and discretion

We explain assumptions, limitations and decisions. We agree on what a finished solution means and how we will verify it. Confidential business processes and materials stay out of public project descriptions.

Paweł Bielecki

Founder of SolvePatch · system design and development

Paweł Bielecki is behind SolvePatch. He combines problem analysis, product design and development, taking responsibility for the work from the first discussion to a functioning solution.

His experience covers building and maintaining production systems: web applications, integrations, document automation and tools that use AI. It brings business needs together with the practical demands of running software.

Example project: INDOS

The INDOS website was built from the ground up, from its interface through content management and integrations to deployment. It continues to be maintained and is complemented by a customer assistant that answers questions using company materials.
